Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage complex calendars, schedule executive meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Handle all incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, with discretion and efficiency.
  • Oversee and maintain the company's LinkedIn presence by creating engaging content and managing interactions.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems for efficient document retrieval.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to track project milestones and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming requests from executives and external stakeholders.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Experience with social media management, specifically LinkedIn, is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work onsite during dayshift hours with a positive and professional attitude.
