In this vital support role, you will bridge the gap between technical database management and customer success. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and update daily operational databases to ensure precise data tracking and system synchronization.
  • Design and implement complex Excel models using advanced formulas such as VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, nested IFs, and Pivot Tables.
  • Create, edit, and optimize VBA Macros to automate repetitive reports and data purification tasks.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service, addressing client issues and service inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Compile, organize, and analyze high-volume utilities data for regular corporate reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data discrepancies or service issues.
  • Provide general administrative support to the department head and project managers.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
  • At least 1-2 years of proven administrative, data management, or operations support experience.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, with strong practical experience in writing formulas and utilizing macros.
  • Prior experience or exposure in the utilities, logistics, or engineering service sectors is a plus.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage tight deadlines with strong organizational and troubleshooting skills.
  • Available to start on short notice or immediately for a 12-month contract period.
