Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive leadership team, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
- Prepare, format, and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence with high levels of accuracy.
- Facilitate effective communication across internal departments and with external healthcare stakeholders.
- Manage travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense claims in compliance with organizational policies.
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring document integrity and confidentiality.
- Coordinate departmental meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes of meetings for follow-up actions.
- Support general office management tasks to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an administrative, secretarial, or executive support role.
- Prior experience in the healthcare industry or public sector is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism under pressure.
