Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive executive support including scheduling, correspondence, and travel arrangements for Japanese leadership
- Simultaneous interpretation for meetings, negotiations, and presentations between Japanese and Indonesian
- Translate business documents, contracts, and creative materials while maintaining cultural nuance
- Coordinate cross-functional projects involving international artists, galleries, and vendors
- Manage office operations and administrative workflows for 10+ team members
- Facilitate communication between Japanese headquarters and Indonesian operations
- Support event planning for art exhibitions, launches, and cultural exchange programs
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in executive-level interactions
Kualifikasi
- Native-level fluency in Japanese and Indonesian (written and spoken)
- Minimum 2 years experience as executive assistant or professional interpreter
- Deep understanding of art industry terminology and cultural contexts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced startup environment
- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability in international settings
