Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end development of robust full-stack applications using modern technologies and frameworks.
- Architect secure, scalable, and maintainable code that adheres to software engineering best practices and standards.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews to ensure code quality and foster team growth.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Drive continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in Full Stack Software Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) and back-end languages (e.g., Java, Node.js, Python).
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Oracle.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and strong communication skills.
