Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Act as primary liaison for Mandarin-speaking clients and partners, ensuring clear communication and relationship building
- Manage confidential documents, prepare reports, and maintain organized filing systems
- Coordinate office operations, including supply management and vendor communications
- Facilitate interdepartmental communication and project execution
- Assist in preparing presentations and business correspondence in both English and Mandarin
- Monitor and prioritize incoming communications, ensuring timely responses
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Coordinator
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital communication tools
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in fast-paced environments
- Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred
