Lewis Personnel Management is seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and marketing support to our leadership team. In this hybrid role, you will act as a right-hand partner to executives while leveraging your creative marketing background to amplify our brand presence.

The ideal candidate will seamlessly bridge the gap between high-level executive administration and tactical social media management. You will be responsible for streamlining workflows, managing complex calendars, and executing marketing initiatives that keep us ahead in a competitive market. We are looking for a proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
  • Draft, schedule, and curate engaging content for social media platforms to maintain brand consistency.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental projects and serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing presentations, reports, and campaign performance summaries.
  • Organize and facilitate executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items.
  • Manage executive communications, ensuring a professional and timely flow of information.
  • Support general office operations and process improvements to enhance team productivity.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or Administrative role, with a strong preference for marketing-related exposure.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
