- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meeting logistics across multiple time zones
- Coordinate domestic/international travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, presentations, and executive correspondence
- Act as primary point of contact for internal departments and external partners
- Manage expense reports, budgets, and procurement processes for executive functions
- Organize board meetings, offsites, and corporate events with meticulous attention to detail
- Conduct research and compile data for strategic decision-making support
- Maintain confidential records and ensure compliance with data protection protocols
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
- 3+ years of executive support experience with C-level executives
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Proven experience coordinating complex domestic/international travel
