Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide comprehensive executive support, including managing complex calendars, arranging travel, and coordinating internal and external meetings.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the office, ensuring clear and timely communication between executives and team members.
  • Oversee daily office operations, including supply inventory management, facility maintenance coordination, and vendor relations.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of company events, team building activities, and corporate functions.
  • Manage project timelines and operational workflows to ensure key business objectives are met efficiently.
  • Prepare, edit, and format high-quality correspondence, reports, presentations, and business documents.
  • Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in an executive assistant or operations coordinator role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
