Tanggung Jawab
- CRM Management: Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management system with 100% accuracy to ensure data integrity and facilitate informed decision-making.
- Lead Response: Manage incoming leads and inquiries with speed and professionalism, ensuring rapid response times to maximize conversion rates.
- Workflow Coordination: Streamline daily operations and coordinate internal workflows to eliminate bottlenecks and improve overall team efficiency.
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive support to the executive team, including scheduling, meeting preparation, and document management.
- Customer Engagement: Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from initial contact to resolution.
- Reporting: Assist in generating performance reports and analytics to track team productivity and conversion metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Operations Coordinator, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
- CRM Proficiency: Strong familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and data entry best practices.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a professional and courteous tone.
- Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
- Availability: Must be available to work the night shift (shift hours to be confirmed) and fully committed to the schedule.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable using various collaboration tools.
