  • Act as the primary point of contact for US client communication, ensuring high-quality service delivery and timely responses.
  • Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, tracking progress and ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
  • Streamline office procedures and implement process improvements to enhance overall team efficiency.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and strategic documentation for executive review.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Operations Manager, preferably with US clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and time management.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
