Tanggung Jawab
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external communications.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Perform data analysis using Microsoft Excel, including creating formulas, macros, and pivot tables to process large datasets.
- Assist with customer service inquiries and resolve issues to ensure high client satisfaction.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and itineraries, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain office inventory and manage administrative supplies.
- Support ad-hoc projects and other general office duties as required.
