- Manage and prioritize the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare, edit, and distribute confidential documents, reports, and presentations
- Act as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Coordinate complex projects and ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Manage communications, screening emails, and handling sensitive information with discretion
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems for executive records
- Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting for executive functions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of executive support experience in corporate or healthcare settings
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities with professional demeanor
- Proven experience handling confidential information and sensitive matters
- Ability to anticipate needs and provide proactive solutions independently
