Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries and accommodations
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
  • Handle incoming communications, screen calls and emails, and prioritize correspondence
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office supply management
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all executive matters

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Relevant certification in office administration is a plus
