Tanggung Jawab
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries and accommodations
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Handle incoming communications, screen calls and emails, and prioritize correspondence
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office supply management
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all executive matters
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Relevant certification in office administration is a plus
