Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and domestic and international travel arrangements with precision.
- Prepare and edit high-level correspondence, memoranda, reports, and presentations to ensure professional quality.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, including room bookings, equipment setup, and catering when necessary.
- Take detailed minutes during executive meetings and distribute them promptly to ensure alignment.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion, confidentiality, and professional integrity.
- Assist in special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the CEO’s strategic initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant to C-level executives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
- Familiarity with the maritime or technology industry is highly desirable.
