Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the Group Managing Director’s complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and speaking engagements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining high levels of professional communication.
  • Prepare, proofread, and format confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence for board meetings and executive reviews.
  • Organize and facilitate executive meetings, including drafting agendas, recording minutes, and tracking action items.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
  • Coordinate travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, and detailed itineraries for domestic and international business trips.
  • Perform administrative duties such as expense reporting, office supply management, and filing system maintenance.
  • Assist the MD in monitoring project timelines and ensuring departmental alignment with company goals.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an executive support or administrative role, preferably reporting to C-level or Senior Management.
  • Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and resolve problems independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain absolute confidentiality and professional ethics.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
