Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the President's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and documents
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for business trips
  • Act as a liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders
  • Manage office administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations
  • Assist in preparing presentations and meeting materials
  • Conduct research and compile information as requested by the President

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail
  • Experience in the property development or real estate industry is preferred
