We are seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our Vice President and Senior Executive team within our reputable US-based nursing home chain. In this pivotal role, you will act as the operational backbone for our leadership, ensuring seamless communication, efficient scheduling, and effective project management across different time zones.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes for executive review.
- Organize and facilitate virtual meetings, ensuring all agendas and materials are distributed in advance.
- Monitor and follow up on pending projects and action items to ensure deadlines are met by the leadership team.
- Maintain electronic filing systems, ensuring all sensitive documentation is organized and compliant with privacy standards.
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support for special projects and operational initiatives as requested by the VP.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative Assistant, preferably supporting US-based executives.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional command of the English language, both written and verbal, for effective international communication.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage shifting priorities with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
- Experience in the healthcare or nursing home industry is highly advantageous but not required.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home office setup for remote or hybrid work requirements.
