PERSOL is currently seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to provide critical operational support for a leading utilities group in Singapore. In this role, you will be the backbone of our training division, ensuring that course operations run seamlessly and that all stakeholders receive exceptional service.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end course administration, including registration, scheduling, and attendance tracking.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries regarding training programs, providing prompt and professional customer service.
  • Coordinate with internal trainers and external vendors to ensure training materials and facilities are ready for scheduled sessions.
  • Prepare and update training documentation, reports, and digital records with high accuracy.
  • Support logistics for classroom and virtual training setups to ensure a smooth learning environment.
  • Assist in the collection and analysis of participant feedback to support continuous improvement of training offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with company and industry safety/training regulations at all times.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'A' Levels or a Diploma in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in administrative, secretarial, or training coordination roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle enquiries professionally and calmly.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is highly desirable.
  • Ability to commit to the duration of the contract and adapt to changing operational needs.
