Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership, including email management and drafting professional correspondence.
- Facilitate cross-functional project management by tracking timelines, documenting progress, and ensuring departmental alignment.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and meeting minutes for executive reviews.
- Monitor and follow up on action items derived from leadership meetings to ensure timely completion.
- Implement and maintain efficient documentation systems to improve team productivity.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Project Coordinator (minimum 2-3 years preferred).
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Notion, or Jira).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
