Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee day-to-day operational tasks within assigned business channels to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Perform regular data reconciliation, transaction monitoring, and administrative reporting to maintain operational accuracy.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot process bottlenecks and implement service improvements.
- Ensure strict adherence to banking regulations, internal compliance policies, and risk management frameworks.
- Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management review.
- Support the implementation of new digital processes or systems to enhance operational productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in banking operations, customer service, or administrative support roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data management and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required; proficiency in other local languages is a strong advantage.
