Join Universiti Teknikal Mara Sdn. Bhd. as an Executive in the Center for Quality Assurance (CQA), Chancellor's Office, and play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of academic excellence and institutional compliance. Located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur at 1016, Jalan Sultan Ismail, our esteemed institution is seeking a dedicated professional to coordinate and facilitate self-accreditation and compliance audit activities.
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our university meets and exceeds the rigorous standards set by national and international accreditation bodies. You will work closely with various departments to develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance processes that enhance our institutional effectiveness and student learning outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management systems, accreditation processes, and regulatory compliance. You will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement initiatives, preparing documentation for accreditation reviews, and fostering a culture of quality excellence across the university.

Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and facilitate self-accreditation activities across all academic departments
- Manage and implement compliance audit processes to ensure adherence to institutional standards
- Develop, maintain, and improve quality assurance policies and procedures
- Prepare comprehensive documentation for accreditation reviews and quality audits
- Collaborate with academic departments to identify areas for quality improvement
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to quality assurance
- Stay updated on national and international accreditation standards and best practices
- Conduct training sessions and workshops on quality assurance processes for staff
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Quality Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, accreditation, or compliance roles
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and accreditation processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders across the organization
