We are looking for a professional, presentable, and resourceful Executive, CEO's Office to join the dynamic team at AEI Capital in Kuala Lumpur. In this position, you will serve as the right hand to the CEO, managing complex schedules, coordinating high-stakes travel, and ensuring seamless communication between the executive and various stakeholders. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate the CEO's daily calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and domestic/international travel arrangements.
- Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, memoranda, reports, and presentations to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries with diplomacy and efficiency.
- Attend board and executive meetings, taking detailed minutes and following up on action items promptly.
- Handle highly confidential information with the highest level of integrity and discretion at all times.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of corporate events, special projects, and internal communications.
- Oversee office operations and supply management to ensure a smooth-running executive environment.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience working in an executive support role or within a CEO's office environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital calendar management tools.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional demeanor.
- A relevant Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Presentable appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
