We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive, Clinical Operations to join our clinical operations team. In this key role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of clinical trials and research projects. You will work closely with principal investigators, clinical coordinators, and external partners to ensure studies are conducted in compliance with regulatory standards and institutional policies.
Your responsibilities will include managing study documentation, coordinating logistics, monitoring study progress, and assisting with data management. You will also participate in site audits, ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, and contribute to budget and resource planning. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the coordination and management of clinical trials, including study start-up, recruitment, and close-out activities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, institutional review boards, and GCP standards.
- Maintain accurate and complete study documentation, including case report forms and source documents.
- Liaise with sponsors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth study operations.
- Support budget tracking, invoicing, and resource allocation for clinical projects.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in preparation for audits and inspections, and participate in quality assurance initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in clinical operations, research coordination, or a related role.
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and local regulatory requirements.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with clinical trial management systems (CTMS).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
