As an Executive in Collections, you will play a crucial role in managing and recovering outstanding debts while maintaining positive customer relationships. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding debts
- Communicate professionally with clients to resolve payment issues and negotiate payment arrangements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of collection activities and customer interactions
- Analyze customer accounts to identify potential risks and develop appropriate collection strategies
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex payment issues and disputes
- Prepare regular reports on collection performance and metrics for management review
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies in all collection activities
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in collections or credit management, preferably in financial services
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with ability to handle difficult conversations professionally
- Proficiency in collection software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel
- Attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements
