Join the pioneering Genomic Medicine team at KK Women's and Children's Hospital (KKH), Singapore's premier healthcare institution dedicated to women's and children's health. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Executive to support our Genomic Medicine division on a part-time contract basis.
In this dynamic role, you will contribute to the advancement of precision medicine initiatives that transform patient care. Working alongside multidisciplinary healthcare professionals, researchers, and genetic specialists, you will play a crucial part in supporting clinical genomic programs and administrative operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and administer genomic medicine program activities, including scheduling of consultations and follow-up appointments
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation within the genomic medicine database system
- Support the genomic counseling team with administrative tasks, correspondence, and patient communication
- Assist in organizing educational materials and resources for patients and families regarding genetic conditions
- Liaise with laboratory teams, clinicians, and external partners to facilitate seamless genomic testing workflows
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data summaries for program monitoring and improvement initiatives
- Handle inquiries from patients and healthcare providers regarding genomic medicine services
- Contribute to quality assurance processes and compliance with healthcare regulations
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Prior experience in healthcare, clinical research, or administrative support roles is advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and database management systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive patient information with discretion
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of or interest in genetics, genomics, and personalized medicine concepts
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred
