- Oversee daily administrative operations of the nursing department to ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
- Coordinate with medical staff, nurses, and other departments to facilitate efficient patient care delivery.
- Implement and monitor policies and procedures related to nursing administration.
- Manage resources, including staffing, equipment, and supplies, to optimize departmental efficiency.
- Prepare and analyze reports on departmental performance, patient outcomes, and operational metrics.
- Address and resolve administrative issues and concerns raised by staff or patients.
- Stay updated on healthcare regulations and best practices in nursing administration.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospital or clinical operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in healthcare management software and MS Office applications.
- Certification in Healthcare Administration or related field is a plus.
