You will lead a team responsible for managing daily insurance workflows, verifying patient documentation, and accelerating claim processing times. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily insurance operations, including verification, submission, and tracking of claims.
- Supervise and mentor administrative staff to ensure high-performance service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of insurance coverage and patient billing information.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for insurance providers to resolve claim discrepancies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks in the claims lifecycle.
- Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and internal company policies.
- Prepare regular reports for management regarding claims status, approval rates, and revenue cycles.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in insurance operations, preferably within the healthcare or medical industry.
- Proficiency in using health information systems or insurance claim management software.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a small team.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Fluent in Indonesian and professional English communication skills.
- Willingness to be based in Badung, Bali.
