- Implement and monitor credit control measures to enhance operational efficiency
- Analyze credit risk profiles of clients, contractors, and development partners
- Develop and maintain comprehensive credit policies and procedures
- Prepare detailed credit reports and recommendations for senior management
- Manage credit disputes and overdue accounts resolution processes
- Conduct regular audits of credit transactions and documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely credit approvals
- Stay updated on financial regulations affecting property development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of credit administration experience in property development
- Strong analytical skills with ability to assess financial risk and creditworthiness
- Proficiency in credit management software and MS Office applications
- Deep understanding of Malaysian financial regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and negotiation
- Certification in credit management or financial risk analysis (preferred)
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in financial data processing
