  • Manage the full cycle of credit control and billing operations.
  • Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Conduct credit assessments and set credit limits for new and existing clients.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Generate regular reports on collections, ageing, and cash flow.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial regulations.
  • Collaborate with sales and support teams to address client queries.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in credit control or accounts receivable.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and credit management.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, Autocount, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in the facilities or real estate industry is an added advantage.
