In this pivotal role, you will be the heartbeat of our inventory strategy, ensuring that our wide range of products is available exactly when and where our customers need them.
As a Demand Planner, you will bridge the gap between sales, operations, and supply chain management. You will leverage historical data, market trends, and seasonal insights to build robust demand forecasts that optimize stock levels, reduce wastage, and drive bottom-line growth. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data and statistical models to ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Collaborate closely with category managers and operations teams to align supply chain activities with promotional campaigns and seasonal market trends.
- Monitor inventory performance KPIs, identifying stock-outs or overstock situations, and implementing corrective actions.
- Manage the end-to-end replenishment process, ensuring seamless communication with vendors and distribution centers.
- Analyze sales patterns and consumer behavior to provide insights that improve forecasting accuracy over time.
- Generate regular supply chain reports to assist management in strategic decision-making and business planning.
- Execute supply chain contingency plans to mitigate risks during disruptions or unforeseen fluctuations in market demand.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain analysis, preferably within the retail or FMCG industry.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into simple business strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build cross-functional relationships.
