Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end digital class operations and logistics to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate course preparation materials and digital resources with faculty members.
- Liaise effectively with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to align on operational goals.
- Maintain accurate data within learning management systems (LMS) and administrative records.
- Handle stakeholder inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to ensure learner satisfaction.
- Assist in optimizing digital workflows and identifying areas for process improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administration, operations, or customer service.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Basic understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
- Proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
