Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all program operations and ensure alignment with organizational mission and objectives
- Manage administrative functions, including financial oversight, human resources, and compliance
- Develop and implement strategic plans for organizational growth and sustainability
- Forge and maintain partnerships with government agencies, donors, and other stakeholders
- Lead advocacy efforts to raise awareness about social issues affecting vulnerable populations
- Ensure effective resource management and fundraising to support organizational activities
- Represent the organization in public forums, conferences, and media engagements
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, implementing improvements as needed
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Social Work, Non-profit Management, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience, preferably in non-profit sector
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, organizational development, and change management
- Proven track record in fundraising, grant writing, and resource mobilization
- Strong understanding of non-profit governance, legal compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in managing diverse teams and fostering a positive organizational culture
