Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the CEO's primary strategic execution partner, ensuring alignment of company initiatives with strategic objectives
- Oversee the implementation of key strategic projects and initiatives across the organization
- Act as a key advisor to the CEO on market trends, operational efficiencies, and growth opportunities
- Facilitate communication between the CEO and various departments, ensuring clear understanding and execution of strategic priorities
- Monitor and analyze business performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Represent the CEO's office in internal and external meetings, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders
- Develop and maintain systems for tracking strategic initiatives and reporting on progress to the CEO
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in executive leadership roles, preferably in the property development industry
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, execution, and organizational development
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Proven track record of driving organizational change and achieving business objectives
- Deep understanding of the Bali property market and broader Indonesian real estate landscape
