Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process disbursement transactions with precision and accuracy
- Verify and validate payment details to ensure compliance with company policies
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and issues
- Maintain accurate records of all disbursement activities
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Implement and follow internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline disbursement processes
- Stay updated with regulatory requirements affecting disbursement operations
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance operations or disbursement roles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus
