Tanggung Jawab
- Transport executive staff safely and efficiently to meetings, events, and field sites as required.
- Maintain the cleanliness, functionality, and overall appearance of assigned company vehicles.
- Perform regular vehicle inspections (tires, oil, fuel, brakes) and coordinate necessary maintenance or repairs.
- Plan travel routes meticulously, accounting for traffic patterns, road conditions, and security protocols.
- Maintain a comprehensive and accurate log of all trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and expenses.
- Handle confidential documentation and sensitive communication with the utmost discretion.
- Provide secondary administrative support or logistical assistance when not actively driving.
- Ensure compliance with all local traffic laws and internal organization vehicle policies.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as an executive chauffeur or private driver for at least 3 years.
- Valid Professional Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major traffic violations).
- Excellent knowledge of Metro Manila routes, major highways, and alternate pathways.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, polished demeanor.
- Demonstrated punctuality and a commitment to reliability.
- Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays as dictated by executive schedules.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in defensive driving are highly preferred.
