DKSH is seeking a highly motivated Executive, eCommerce Operations Excellence to join our dynamic team in Petaling, Selangor. In this role, you will be the backbone of our digital storefronts, ensuring seamless operations across the region’s most prominent platforms including Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
As an Operations Excellence Executive, you will bridge the gap between technical platform management and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for streamlining order fulfillment workflows, maintaining platform health, and optimizing product visibility. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end operational activities across major eCommerce marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) and proprietary brand websites.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order processing and fulfillment, minimizing cancellation rates.
- Execute product listing optimizations, including image uploads, copy enhancements, and inventory updates to drive search visibility.
- Monitor platform performance metrics and generate weekly operational reports for management review.
- Collaborate with digital marketing teams to align operational readiness with upcoming campaigns and flash sales.
- Resolve customer inquiries and platform-specific operational issues promptly to maintain high seller ratings.
- Maintain promotional price settings and bundle configurations across all assigned digital channels.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in eCommerce operations or digital platform management.
- Hands-on experience navigating Seller Centers for Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and basic data analysis tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proactive team player with a high level of accountability and attention to detail.
