Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic estate planning initiatives to support organizational growth objectives
- Oversee property development projects from conception to completion, ensuring regulatory compliance
- Manage facility operations including maintenance, renovations, and space optimization
- Conduct feasibility studies and market analysis for potential acquisition sites
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for estate-related projects and vendor management
- Implement sustainable practices and cost-efficiency measures across property portfolios
- Monitor asset performance metrics and prepare comprehensive estate reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in estate planning, development, or property management
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's property regulations and compliance requirements
- Proven project management skills with demonstrated success in property development
- Experience in facilities management for educational or childcare facilities preferred
- Advanced proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder communication abilities
