Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily facilities operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Coordinate with landlords, vendors, and service providers for maintenance and repairs
  • Manage office supplies, equipment procurement, and inventory control
  • Plan and execute office relocation or renovation projects as required
  • Handle stakeholder inquiries and resolve facilities-related issues promptly
  • Conduct regular inspections and implement preventive maintenance schedules
  • Assist in budgeting and cost control for facilities expenses
  • Support event coordination and meeting room setup as needed

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in facilities or office management roles
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience with vendor management and contract negotiations is advantageous
  • Flexibility to work occasional overtime and adapt to changing priorities
