Recruit Express is currently seeking a dedicated and organized Executive - Facilities / Office Management to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic administrative environment and possess strong stakeholder management skills.
As an Executive in Facilities and Office Management, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our office infrastructure and facilities. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily facilities operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Coordinate with landlords, vendors, and service providers for maintenance and repairs
- Manage office supplies, equipment procurement, and inventory control
- Plan and execute office relocation or renovation projects as required
- Handle stakeholder inquiries and resolve facilities-related issues promptly
- Conduct regular inspections and implement preventive maintenance schedules
- Assist in budgeting and cost control for facilities expenses
- Support event coordination and meeting room setup as needed
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in facilities or office management roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience with vendor management and contract negotiations is advantageous
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime and adapt to changing priorities
