Are you an expert in animal nutrition with a passion for supporting the agricultural sector? JBFM Flour Mill is seeking a dedicated Executive, Feed Technical Service to join our team in Penang. In this pivotal role, you will act as a key technical liaison between our world-class feed production facilities and the farming community.
You will be responsible for empowering farmers with expert guidance, ensuring optimal animal husbandry practices, and maximizing feed efficiency. As part of our technical team, you will drive agricultural excellence by translating complex nutritional data into actionable insights for our clients, helping them achieve sustainable growth and superior livestock productivity.
Tanggung Jawab
- Provide on-farm technical consultancy regarding feed formulation, usage, and optimization.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor animal health and performance trends.
- Deliver training workshops to farmers on modern animal husbandry and disease prevention.
- Analyze farm performance data to provide data-driven recommendations for feed improvement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and product troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with the R&D department to bridge the gap between laboratory developments and field applications.
- Prepare detailed technical reports on feed efficacy and market requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, Veterinary Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in feed technology or technical sales within the livestock industry.
- In-depth knowledge of animal nutrition and feed mill production processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide on-site technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in local languages.
- A valid driving license and willingness to travel to various farm locations across the region.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with stakeholders.
