Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end Account Receivable processes including invoicing, collections, and credit management
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement
- Prepare monthly financial reports and reconciliations for senior management review
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to resolve payment discrepancies and disputes
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
- Support annual budgeting and forecasting initiatives with accurate receivable projections
- Liaise with external auditors during financial examinations and compliance checks
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA/CIMA certification preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance/accounting with focus on Accounts Receivable
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills
- Strong understanding of Malaysian financial regulations and tax requirements
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement across departments
- Proven track record of optimizing receivable cycles and reducing DSO
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced automotive/digital environment
