Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets to support decision-making
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies
- Collaborate with department heads to develop financial strategies and forecasts
- Monitor cash flow and financial performance to identify opportunities for improvement
- Conduct financial audits and implement corrective actions as needed
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting role
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting principles
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office applications
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) is a plus
