Tanggung Jawab
- Lead strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Oversee financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and risk mitigation
- Drive financial analysis and reporting to support executive decision-making
- Manage and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence
- Optimize financial systems and processes for efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business initiatives
- Monitor financial performance against KPIs and strategic objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of progressive finance experience with 3+ in leadership
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and tax laws
- Proven experience in financial strategy development and execution
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and financial software
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Certification (CPA, CMA, or equivalent) highly desirable
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
