Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and update computerized accounting records using enterprise software (e.g., SAP or MYOB).
- Prepare and compile monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss accounts.
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Handle general ledger entries and ensure all documentation is filed accurately.
- Support the Finance Manager with ad-hoc reporting and special projects.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and local statutory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, MIA).
- Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, preferably within the property or real estate sector.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Understanding of Malaysian tax regulations and statutory filing requirements.
