Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses for management review
- Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis to ensure financial targets are met
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and internal policies
- Collaborate with various departments to support financial planning and decision-making processes
- Monitor financial performance and provide insights to improve operational efficiency
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and controls
- Participate in special financial projects and initiatives as required
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certifications (ACCA, CIMA, etc.) are advantageous
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance, preferably in the education sector
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel, with advanced spreadsheet skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Knowledge of Malaysian financial regulations and tax requirements
