In this role, you will be responsible for managing comprehensive accounting functions, from daily transaction processing to ensuring robust financial controls. You'll work closely with operations teams to support inventory management, coordinate with various departments to reconcile sales data, and ensure seamless payment workflows. Your expertise will be key in maintaining regulatory compliance, particularly in areas of Malaysian tax requirements.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and financial record accuracy
- Perform sales reconciliation and process payments to ensure all transactions are properly recorded and reconciled
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities including preparation of financial statements and accruals
- Handle inventory support functions including stock valuation, variance analysis, and reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian tax regulations including SST, withholding tax, and income tax requirements
- Assist in budget preparation, monitoring of financial performance, and variance analysis
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to support management decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and internal controls
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/MICPA) will be advantageous
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably within the F&B, hospitality, or retail industry
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems) and advanced MS Excel skills
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations, FRS standards, and compliance requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Understanding of inventory management principles and F&B operations is preferred
