Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely processing and documentation.
  • Support the finance team during internal and external audits by preparing necessary financial schedules.
  • Oversee daily administrative operations, including office supply procurement and vendor coordination.
  • Prepare and update company records, ensuring all financial documentation is organized and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Support payroll processing and employee claim verifications.
  • Assist in the preparation of board reports and management presentations.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a finance or administrative support role, preferably in the investment or financial services sector.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or SQL accounting).
  • Good understanding of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and tax regulations.
  • Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of integrity, analytical mindset, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Professional certification (ACCA/CPA/CIMA) or being in the process of pursuing one is a distinct advantage.
