We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive Finance Department professional to join the UDA Facility Management team. In this pivotal role, you will assist in administering and managing all financial activities profitably to ensure compliance with budgetary requirements, contractual obligations, and quality management systems.

Tanggung Jawab
- Administer and manage all account and finance activities to ensure profitability and accuracy.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, budgets, and variance reports.
- Ensure strict compliance with budgetary requirements, contractual obligations, and quality management systems.
- Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable on a regular basis.
- Assist in cost control measures and financial planning to meet organizational targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial documentation and records.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding financial queries and reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Familiarity with financial software and proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel is essential).
- Strong understanding of budgeting processes and quality management systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
