Join Berjaya Sompo Insurance Berhad's dynamic finance team as an Executive – Finance Operations (Collections) and play a pivotal role in optimizing cash flow and financial stability. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage credit control processes for corporate and individual clients
- Execute collection strategies to minimize overdue payments and DSO
- Monitor and analyze client/agent account aging reports
- Conduct regular follow-ups via phone, email, and written correspondence
- Prepare detailed collection reports and performance metrics
- Collaborate with sales and underwriting teams to resolve payment disputes
- Implement process improvements for efficient collections workflows
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years of experience in credit control or collections
- Strong analytical skills with attention to financial details
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to work independently under pressure with tight deadlines
- Experience in insurance or financial services industry preferred
