Tanggung Jawab
- Support the preparation and management of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights to management.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal review and presentation.
- Assist in the development of long-term financial planning and strategic business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and their financial impact.
- Maintain accurate financial models and spreadsheets to support forecasting scenarios.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvements for operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools.
- Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-finance stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA) is an advantage.
